Liz at the Norwich Book Festival
Books can change the world
Thursday October 24, 5:30 – 6:30pm The Auditorium, The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich
Can we use fantasy to confront and alter reality? Acclaimed authors and ecological activists, Lauren (Wren) James and Liz Jensen, join forces for an inspiring conversation on the power of words, and how literature can be used for radical change.
As respective founders of the ecological campaign groups Climate Fiction Writers League and the Writers Rebel, they’ll be sharing empowering stories of nature, hope and rebellion as they turn the spotlight on the climate crisis.
Wren and Liz promise to show how writing can change the world in these specially commissioned pieces for Norwich Book Festival, in this hopeful and heartening event.
